Job DescriptionAs the Product Data Management Specialist, you will be responsible for creating Items, Bill of Materials and Technical Datasheets of Finished Goods in the ERP system. You will also manage the product life cycle in the ERP system according to the Product Team decisions. You will be part of the Global Product Data Management team, and work closely with our Product Line Management, Product Development and Site New Product Introduction teams.
In this role, you will:
Create and maintain item (products and components) data globally in ERP
Create and maintain product drawings by using AutoCAD
Create and maintain Bill of Materials globally in ERP
Provide product data relevant information as requested to other departments
Solve problems in product data together with the Master Data Management team
Other tasks instructed by the manager, as needed
Bachelor or Master degree in relevant field, such as engineering or data management
2+ years work experience in product data management or related area
Work experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
Experience of ERP systems, for example Oracle Fusion
Exposure to AutoCAD
Understanding of Data Management tools and systems
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
Basic knowledge of RFID products is an advantage
Good problem solving skills, attention to details and punctuality is a must
High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities is expected, while adapting as needed based on business demands
Good attendance and a strong sense for urgency are important for success in this role
