Job DescriptionThe intern will provide day-to-day operational support for Reseller SKU Setup processes, acting as a key execution resource and liaison between business teams and system users. Working closely with Data Stewards, Sales Operations, Pricing, and other stakeholders, the role focuses on maintaining data quality, supporting process execution, and contributing to backlog reduction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end SKU setup processes following defined governance standards
- Manage and track incoming Reseller SKU Setup requests to ensure SLA adherence
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of Product Data
- Support operational workload during transformation and system improvement initiatives
- Identify recurring issues or process gaps and provide feedback to the core team
- Assist with documentation updates and process clarification as changes are implemented
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support smooth execution and reseller enablement
Experience Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Accounting, Data, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, data-driven tasks accurately
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Basic experience with Excel or similar tools (data validation, filtering)
- Exposure to SAP or enterprise systems is a plus
- Fluency in English
- Availability for a 9-month internship
