Job DescriptionExperian CreditMatch is expanding strategic partnerships with lender-partners, and visibility into campaign performance is key to helping partners make informed decisions. As a Product Data Analyst, you will design and deliver intuitive dashboards and insights that empower partners to optimize campaigns and improve outcomes. This role combines analytics engineering, dashboard design, and business acumen to translate complex data into actionable, partner-ready visualizations. You will own the end-to-end delivery of reporting solutions, ensuring accuracy, security, and performance while driving transparency across the CreditMatch platform. You will report to the Director of Partner Platform Strategy.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Sigma dashboards leveraging Snowflake data to deliver actionable insights for lender-partners.
- Translate partner feedback and product use cases into clear requirements, metrics definitions, and dashboard enhancements.
- Validate data accuracy and business logic by applying advanced SQL and understanding complex data models.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues, ensuring dashboards meet performance and usability standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Data Engineering, Analytics) to onboard new data elements and improve reporting capabilities.
- Present dashboards and insights to stakeholders, promoting adoption and driving data-informed decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Math) or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards in Sigma Computing (experience with Tableau or similar BI tools is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Snowflake and advanced SQL, including joins, performance optimization, and schema navigation.
- Ability to work with large datasets, validate metric logic, and ensure data integrity end-to-end.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and UX principles to create clear, user-friendly dashboards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
