The Role
Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception through execution, makes impacts and launches products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to drive data-backed decision-making and shape the future of our product offerings. In this role, you will leverage both on-chain and off-chain data to provide strategic insights, optimize product performance, and drive experimentation to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop event tracking strategies and define success metrics for various product lines and new feature releases.
- Conduct analyses using on-chain and off-chain data to generate insights that inform the product roadmap and strategic direction.
- Lead and design experimentations in collaboration with product managers to improve UX and business performance, fostering a data-driven culture in the product organization.
- Provide day-to-day analytics support, building dashboards and self-service tools to empower stakeholders with accessible and actionable data.
Who You Are
- Analytical thinker with a strong business mindset and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a product or tech environment
- Experience working with on-chain and off-chain data, preferably in crypto, fintech, or Web3 environments is a plus.
- Strong expertise in SQL, data visualization tools, and experimentation design.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to drive impact.
