We are looking for a curious and data-driven Product Data Analyst to join the Product Management team at SmartBear. In this role, you will partner closely with product managers across our portfolio — including the Product-Led Growth (PLG) team — to provide actionable insights, support experimentation, and enable data-informed decision making. • Generate actionable insights, leveraging tools such as Amplitude, Snowflake, and Tableau.
  • Design and analyze experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize user experiences.

  • Translate complex data sets into clear, compelling stories and recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support strategic initiatives by uncovering trends, identifying opportunities, and influencing roadmaps across a multi-product environment.

We’re looking for you if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or business intelligence, ideally within a growing SaaS or multi-product organization.
  • Hands-on experience with Amplitude or similar product analytics tooling, including creating complex dashboards and reports.
  • Success with event tracking & instrumentation: experience with event tracking schemas, instrumentation plans, and defining key events to monitor product usage.
  • A knack for visualization & reporting: familiarity with data visualization best practices and creating user-friendly dashboards.
  • SQL proficiency: working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data.
  • Experimentation: experience collaborating with product teams to design and interpret A/B tests and other statistical analyses.
  • Collaboration & communication: strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
