About the team:
Join the Corporate Payments Data Team, a high-impact group that sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and strategy. We are the analytical engine for the Corporate Payments division, transforming raw data into the actionable insights that power our product roadmap and drive business growth. We don't just report numbers; we influence decisions. Our mission is to provide clear, data-driven answers to the most critical questions facing our Product Managers and leadership. As a key partner, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our corporate payment products.
What you’ll do:
Perform data analysis and exploration, and create data visualizations while ensuring data integrity and accessibility
Partner with data consumers & producers to drive better business outcomes with sound, data-driven recommendations
Translate business data requirements into metrics and dashboards for insights
Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.
Work collaboratively with team members and business stakeholders to identify, define, & prioritize opportunities for data solutions to improve & enhance business processes

Experience you’ll bring:
4+ years of experience working in an analytics function and working with business stakeholders to deliver data solutions
2+ years building data visualizations with at least 1 modern reporting tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong proficiency and experience in SQL and one or more databases
Ability to perform in-depth data analysis and tell stories with the data
