【What you will be doing】
- 產品文案撰寫、翻譯、優化並定期維護內容
- 將產品相關知識、教學製作成淺顯易懂的資料
- 與各部門團隊協調產品內容優化事項
- 與不同地區團隊合作更新並維護 FAQ,確保能滿足各地用戶需求
- Able to draft proper documents and guidance in response to a wide variety of issues and questions from our merchants
- Delivering and transforming complex technical messaging into a merchant friendly resolution and action plan
- Working with multiple teams including: engineering, product management, legal, customer support and, of course, our merchants to ensure the best practice and guidance can be initiated for reference.
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders of different region to develop instruction manuals and guidance for our merchants with well-written FAQ documents tailored for each region’s specific scenarios and needs.
【Who we are looking for】
- 具備兩年以上文字編輯經驗

- 對文字有高度敏銳度及良好邏輯思考能力
- 熟悉產品、技術相關文案
- 具備產品行銷經驗尤佳
- 具備 B2B/B2B2C 或者 SaaS 產品經驗尤佳
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or communications
- 2+ years of professional copywriting and editing experience
- Strong working knowledge of online content strategy and creation
- Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills
- Exceptional skill with the nuances of technical writing
- Previous experience in Product Marketing will be a plus
- Solid understanding of B2B and B2B2C SaaS products concepts strongly preferred
