Kenes is seeking a hands-on, curious and tech-savvy Product Coordinator to join our Product team. If you enjoy working

JOB SUMMARY:
You’ll work alongside our Global Product Manager to bring innovative digital and on-site products to life — from idea to implementation.
Our goal is to create exceptional participant experiences at medical congresses around the world.
This is a dynamic role with room to grow — ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of experience in sales, product support, or tech roles, who are eager to learn and contribute.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support product launches and improvements for digital and onsite experiences
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams (Marketing, IT, Meeting Planners)
  • Travel to global congresses and support product operations on-site (4–5 times/year)
  • Write clear product documentation and web content
  • Stay updated on market trends and help evaluate new tools and solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales (especially tech products), product support, or experience in Tech/IT roles
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • A love for technology and curiosity about digital tools and platforms
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team-player mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Willingness to travel internationally
