The Connected Commerce Payments organization is composed of highly talented product leaders dedicated to delivering innovative and secure payment experiences and platforms. We are transforming customer experiences, simplifying business processes, and striving for product excellence.
As a Senior Product Associate on the Banking Payments team, you will leverage your expertise to collaborate with stakeholders in Product and Technology teams across Banking Payments. Your role will involve identifying opportunities to enhance the end-to-end risk framework and associated governance practices, ensuring the Banking Payments risk framework remains robust and current.
This position focuses on significantly impacting product integrity and customer experience by ensuring fair treatment of customers and compliance with regulatory obligations throughout the End-to-End Banking Payments Customer Experience.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage an End-to-End Business Readiness Dashboard to track product health across Banking Payments.
  • Identify weaknesses in the End-to-End framework and develop actionable solutions.
  • Present leadership updates on the status of the overall framework.
  • Document and monitor the Regulatory framework to ensure completeness and parity across Banking Payments.
  • Oversee policy changes to assess impacts on Banking Payment Products.
  • Assist in driving Objectives and Key Results (OKR).


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, control management, or project management.
  • Experience in identifying opportunities and delivering solutions within a complex organization.
  • Experience in managing a successful control environment, including audits and external regulatory reviews.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, make recommendations, and communicate them effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix management organization in a fast-paced environment.
