monday.com is looking for a talented Content Team Lead to own multiple domains across the business and ensure our content strategy, standards, and unique brand voice are represented in every deliverable. Working directly with PMMs, GTM leads, and stakeholders across the product department — the Product Content Team Lead will mentor and lead our content team in developing monday.com’s multi-product content strategy. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that requires a strong strategic approach to identifying business needs, proposing solutions, and adapting to available resources.

About The Role:

  • Manage a team of content marketers who work with Product Marketing, Design, GTM, and more
  • Guide your team to develop best practices, setting clear goals for overall success according to corporate and functional strategies, a data-first approach, and a clear content vision
  • Create a product content marketing strategy that aligns with our overall outbound strategy
  • Work directly with team leads and stakeholders across the company to translate company goals into content strategy
  • Think critically about persona-based messaging, content creation, and content optimization
  • Review, edit, and prioritize content marketing projects, including blog posts, ebooks, infographics, email campaigns, and webpages
  • Roll up your sleeves and contribute as a content marketer when necessary

Requirements

  • 4-8 years working in SaaS content marketing, or other related field
  • 2-3 years (minimum) of management experience, managing at least 3 direct report
  • Native English speaker and writer - a MUST
  • Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for varied projects with diverse audiences
  • Strong leadership and social skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle diverse writing demands
