Responsibilities
Create and manage systems for writing and organising detailed product content to be displayed on ecommerce sites and within a printed catalogue
Make sure the product data in our Product Information Management system is clean, correct, and well organised.
Write and manage new product descriptions that are globally consistent but can also be adapted to each country’s needs.
Help set up and improve the AI tools that automatically create additional product content through NLG (Natural Language Generation)
Find and use other tools that can help the team work faster by automation and by reducing manual tasks.
Participate in projects that improve how Lyreco manage product content across teams and countries.
Make sure all product data—both for existing products and new products—is complete and correct.
Qualifications
University degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Management, or a similar subject is preferred
Very good English skills (spoken and written).
Experience in managing product content or similar work.
Good understanding of how product content is created, managed, and stored in systems (like PIM).
Experience with tools that help structure data and automate content creation (especially AI tools) and ideally NLG tools.
Good project management and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail, especially in checking content accuracy.
Comfortable working with teams from different countries and adapting content for local needs.
A problem-solving attitude and interest in improving how things are done.
