Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Product Content Manager to join our innovative team. Reporting to the VP of Product Operations, you will play a key role in shaping the content that supports technical documentation, knowledge base management, and communication strategies for our AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy Development: Craft and execute a content strategy tailored to the goals of our value-based care solutions, enhancing both user understanding and product visibility.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and marketing teams to produce and sustain high-quality content for product launches, updates, and key promotional initiatives.
• Technical Writing & Knowledge Management: Author, edit, and refine product manuals, user guides, and knowledge base articles that support healthcare IT users, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and tone across all customer-facing materials, reflecting our expertise and commitment to healthcare excellence.
• Knowledge base search optimization: Implement best practices to elevate content discoverability and drive engagement in specialized healthcare IT markets.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, applying insights to enhance the effectiveness and impact of our content approach.
• Content Calendar Management: Oversee and prioritize a content calendar that guarantees timely and strategic content deployment across digital platforms.
• Industry Awareness: Stay informed about trends in healthcare technology, AI applications, and content strategies to maintain a cutting-edge approach to content management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content strategy and management, especially within the healthcare IT or SaaS industry.
• Strong technical writing skills, with an ability to demystify complex subjects for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with content management systems and SEO tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 / annually

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
