The Product Content & Enablement Intern supports product adoption and user education initiatives within Product Management by creating scalable, user-centered content and systems that improve how users learn and engage with Provation Apex.
Under the guidance of Product and Design partners, this role will contribute to translating complex product workflows into clear, engaging formats while establishing repeatable content frameworks that can evolve alongside a rapidly changing SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Content Creation & Enablement
• Create short-form videos and lightweight product walkthroughs highlighting key Apex features and real user workflows.
• Translate complex functionality into simple, intuitive narratives that support user understanding and adoption.
• Partner with Product (PO/PM) and Design to ensure content accurately reflects shipped functionality and intended usage.
2. Scalable Content Systems & Tooling
• Develop reusable content templates, formats, and scripting approaches to streamline future content creation.
• Evaluate and recommend tools (e.g., recording, editing, captioning, AI-assisted workflows) to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support the establishment of lightweight processes to maintain and refresh content as the product evolves.
3. In-Product Enablement & Adoption Support
• Produce content that can be embedded within Apex (e.g., onboarding, help modules, feature highlights).
• Identify high-impact workflows where content can reduce training burden and improve usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with adoption and enablement goals.
4. Content Effectiveness & Iteration
• Support tracking of content engagement and effectiveness (e.g., views, usage, feedback).
• Iterate on formats and messaging based on user behavior and feedback.
• Continuously improve content approaches to enhance clarity, efficiency, and scalability.
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Media Production, UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Graduating December 2026 or later.
• Demonstrated experience creating short-form digital content (e.g., video, reels, tutorials) through coursework, projects, or personal work.
• Portfolio or work samples required.
Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
• Content Creation Tools: Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, Loom, or similar.
• Storytelling & Communication: Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
• UX Awareness: Basic understanding of user experience principles and how users learn new tools.
• Systems Thinking: Interest in building scalable content frameworks, templates, or repeatable workflows.
• Analytics Awareness: Exposure to engagement metrics or performance tracking is a plus.
• AI Tools: Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools is a plus.
• Communication: Ability to present ideas clearly and incorporate feedback effectively.
Additional Evaluation Criteria:
• Portfolio review of prior content work (short-form video or similar formats).
• Practical exercise to create a short product-style explainer.
• Ability to explain content approach, audience targeting, and tool usage.
