The Group:
The Information Products group is the home of manufacturing and innovation at Morningstar. The individuals in this group transform our high-quality data, independent research, and technological expertise into well-designed products that delight our clients. The group's product management, product development, and service teams collaborate with our Client Solutions group to help provide clients with relevant products and bundled solutions.
Role:
In this role, you will join a group of personable, dynamic, and technology-savvy individuals that interact with Morningstar customers. You will expand your knowledge of Morningstar products and data, while playing an essential role in our mission of putting investors first. This position is based in our Mumbai office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound client calls in addition to emails of clients from USA and Canada Provide live assistance to customers for troubleshooting any technical issues with Morningstar software Learn and develop expertise in our data, products and services to assist clients.
- Stay current on recently released software enhancements.
- Provide customer feedback to our product management teams. Proactively educate customers on beneficial features of Morningstar products
Requirements:
- Male candidates only owing to US shifts only / shifts commences at 7:30 PM India time A bachelor's degree (non-technical only) is preferred - technical graduates need not apply
- An interest in the investment industry Excellent written and spoken language skills with a neutral accent
- Analytical skills
- Proficiency with Windows-based applications
- Flexibility, patience and positive attitude to assist clients Previous experience in a customer service or international call centers would be preferred Exceptional candidates without relevant prior experience may be considered
