Position Summary
- Review and submit product packages to independent testing laboratories.
- Track and maintain the status of product submissions and recommendations in the company database, ensuring information is current and accessible to intended audiences.
- Monitor and prepare periodic status reports on product submissions and recommendations.
- Collaborate effectively with multifunctional teams, including Software Quality Assurance, Project Management, Engineering, and Development.
- Identify and report product compliance risks to management as needed.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships and communication channels with designated testing agencies, particularly relating to issue management.
- Actively participate in the preparation of product submissions to testing laboratories.
- Assist in resolving issues or discrepancies raised by testing agencies during the submission and testing process.
- Interpret technical standards, regulations, and legislation to support decision-making and address potential concerns before product submission.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of rules, regulations, and legislative requirements related to company products.
- Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and collaborate with others to implement improvements
Qualifications:
Education / Experience:
- Minimum one year’s experience working in administration
- Experience completing forms, correspondence, filing, and general office procedures
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with an ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to analyze jurisdictional gaming regulations
- Well-developed customer service skills
- Highly desirable – Gaming machine software and hardware knowledge
