GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The primary role of the Product Compliance Analyst is to perform compliance related administrative and technical tasks including updating compliance reports and listings, maintaining product compliance database, maintaining product certificates, and assembly of product technical files.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate product compliance requirements to internal and external customers
- Execute and maintain tank state registrations
- Process customer compliance requests for existing product line and new product offerings
- Manage the review and approval process for Neat Delivery
- Compile Neat Delivery & Storage Tank information
- Complete and file all required regulatory reports, applications and notifications.
- Maintain regulatory required records
- Author and publish required hazard communication documents for the United States and select international locations
- Maintain company trade secrets and confidential business information
SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and share best practices with team
- Understand and adapt to change in processes and procedures.
- Ability to understand lean manufacturing metrics as they relate to daily performance measures
- Other duties as assigned

- Knowledge of the structure and function of law and regulations in the chemical industry
- Knowledge of the requirements for chemical hazard communication (OSHA, Safety Data Sheets)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of BA/BS degree in Physical Science, Chemistry, Engineering or related field.
- 1-3 years of business and/or customer focused communication experience preferred.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $62000 - $65000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
