JOB TITLE: Product Catalog Data Specialist

AUTHORITY & SUPERVISION: 

  • Reports directly to Director of Operational Technology

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Create SKUs using templates that require mandatory attributes and conversions.
  • Manage multiple Product Catalogs; not limited to our Massachusetts & Rhode Island LSP’s. 
  • Request & execute audit reports as needed to keep Catalog Health at its highest.
  • Work collaboratively with necessary teams to maintain and manage the upkeep of our SKU stack
  • Synchronize front end and back-end catalogs between our online store and product master.
  • Manage 3rd party assets in our catalog and online presence including storage of assets in Google Drive.
  • Work with necessary teams to have our online assets ready for product launches & events.
  • Create and Update SOP’s relative to core responsibilities
  • Create and manage discounts within Dutchie and Dutchie Ecomm for our Retail locations but not limited to
  • Collaborate with Retail and Marketing to manage banners & text in Dutchie Ecomm 
  • Leverage Jira to service requests and manage projects
  • Knowledge of Google systems and web-based platforms.
  • Perform all other necessary inputs of information into our data stack where needed
  • Perform other requests as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related preferred.
  • 3 or more years of product administration experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic with team player mentality, positive can-do attitude, reliable, organized and professional.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be at a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
  • Pass all required background checks.
  • Must remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
  • Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to move about a typical office, manufacturing, warehouse, or retail environment.
  • Frequently moves up to 30+ pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance).
  • This job function may include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods of time.
