We are seeking a Product / Business Analyst – Wealth Management for our team in Milan

As a Product Analyst, you will support the development and evolution of Objectway’s digital platform, working closely with product managers, developers, and UX/UI experts. Most of your time will be focused on internal product activities - backlog management, requirement analysis, user stories, and agile team support. You will have the opportunity to be involved with client-facing activities, such as delivering demos and presentations. 

Main Activities - Core Product Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs. 
  • Gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements, coordinating with developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders. 
  • Write clear and detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. 
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives). 
  • Monitor sprint progress, identify risks or blockers, and contribute to problem-solving. 
  • Work closely with developers to ensure smooth and timely product releases. 
  • Participate in internal product demos and contribute to continuous product improvement. 

Main Activities - Client Interaction

  • Support client-facing discussions, workshops, and requirements sessions in collaboration with the Product Manager. 
  • Assist in product implementation and client onboarding activities. 
  • Deliver tailored product demos and presentations to clients and prospects. 
  • Gather and structure client feedback to help refine product features and user experience. 

Candidate’s Experience and Qualifications Required

  • Experience or strong exposure to Wealth Management, Asset Management, Private Banking, or Investment services, gained through work experience or strong personal interest in financial markets and investing.
  • Previous experience in the role, min. 3 years.  
  • Strong background in digital products, web, and mobile solutions. 
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders. 
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the software product lifecycle. 
  • Proven ability to write clear requirements and user stories. 
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).  
  • Experience working in an international, client-facing environment. 

Candidate’s Skills and Personal Qualities Required

  • Team player, comfortable working in cross-functional environments, and also confident representing the product externally. 
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with a proactive and hands-on approach. 
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements. 
  • Attention to detail combined with a pragmatic approach to delivery. 
  • Curiosity about financial innovation and user experience trends.
  • Availability to travel occasionally.
