We are looking for a highly enthusiastic Product Assurance and RAMS Support Engineer who will work in Toulouse, France.

Candidates must be eligible for a security personal clearance from an EU Member State national security administration
What is expected from you:
- Support to Anomaly and Non-Compliance Management
- Provide secretariat support to EUSPA’s Anomaly Review Boards (ARBs) and Service Requirements Non-Compliance Management Boards.
- Escalate operational anomalies and non-compliances that may impact EUSPA’s strategic objectives.
- Monitor and control closure plans and recovery actions, ensuring proper flow-down to relevant projects.
- Conduct trend analysis of anomalies and non-compliances across system segments.
- Ensure timely resolution of AR/NCR actions in accordance with contractual KPIs.
- General Support to RAMS Management.
- Contribute to the definition, implementation, and follow-up of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety (RAMS) programs, including integration with Integrated Logistics
- Support (ILS) data and RAMS baseline maintenance.
- Act as expert reviewer during milestone reviews, assessing RAMS analyses such as FMECA, FTA, and Common Mode/ Cause Analysis.
- Support spare stock dimensioning through as-operated data analysis, including dependability, obsolescence, and maintainability reporting.
- Assist in software product assurance activities, particularly in support of safety and certification processes.
- Support the tailoring and implementation of Product Assurance and Safety baselines based on applicable standards and requirements.
- Provide RAMS input to risk assessments and maintain the EUSPA Critical Item List under configuration control.
- Follow up on certification audit findings to ensure timely and complete closure.
