We are currently seeking a PRODUCT APPLICATION ENGINEER (H/M) to be based in Leganés, Madrid. In essence, bridges the gap between design data and the end-user, ensuring that data is transformed into manufacturable, valuable and accessible products.
Position Role & Responsibilities
Data Product Lifecycle:
Understanding the entire product design and implementing in customer configurator tool: coding, testing, deploying, maintaining, and monitoring.
Collaboration:
Closely working with cross-functional & international teams, including design engineers, product managers, and other engineers
Anticipate how feature/product changes may impact on Customer experience on the understanding of their usage and plans.
Technical Skills
Experience & interest in programming languages
Assesment of project scope and managing and communicating project news, timelines, deliverables, issues, risk and success metrics
Desing and update documentation support (standard equipment binder, sharepoint sites, BI environments)
Support root-cause analysis of bugs
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are essential.
Requirements
Engineering Degree
2 year experience in similar positions desirable
Spanish C2 and English B2-C1. Additional languages desirable
Interest in IT and programming tasks.
Microsoft Office 365 advanced level
Experience in customer-oriented projects
Experience in project management
User knowledge in Power BI desirable
