We’re looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one of our innovation-driven client transforming modern communication systems through intelligent, scalable cloud solutions. We are expanding their cloud-first approach and looking for an Azure-savvy Product and Technology SME to spearhead design, automation, and performance initiatives across Azure-powered tech stack
- Lead the architecture and optimization of cloud-native solutions within the Azure ecosystem.
- Design and deploy serverless automation workflows using Azure Logic Apps, integrating APIs, databases, and internal systems for real-time communication triggers.
- Manage and optimize Azure SQL Database: schema design, performance tuning, data retention strategies, and analytics integration.
- Architect, document, and maintain secure and scalable REST APIs, leveraging Azure API Management (APIM) for routing, versioning, and gateway control.
- Implement robust authentication (OAuth2, JWT) and throttling strategies for both internal and external API consumers.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, focusing on release automation, infrastructure-as-code, and rapid deployment across environments.
- Monitor system performance and health using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) and RBAC policies to ensure secure, role-based access to systems and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud strategy aligns with product goals, scalability needs, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in Azure Logic Apps, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, and API Management.
- Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of cloud monitoring, observability, and security best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate complex systems using REST APIs and serverless architectures.
- Working knowledge of IAM, RBAC, and secure communication protocols.

- Experience in the telecommunications or SaaS domains.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud-native development.
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse teams
