Job Description
The Product and Proposition Manager is a visible role to span across the full spectrum of strategic and operational activities related to growing a portfolio of services in a evolving market. This challenging role is a great opportunity to manage all aspects of a product cycle, from a creative idea until the go-to-market. You will have the possibility to team up with a variety of different professionals, including Sales, Finance, Risk, Legal, Customer Solutions, Operations and Data Scientists, both in Italy, in Europe and globally. It is important to have a creative mindset, being to clients and colleagues and have to plan a roadmap according to a specific methodology, build viable business cases and monitor the product evolutions and scaling operations. It is a customer-facing role. You will continue the momentum already created in sales and service development and taking it to the next level by looking to grow current and new capabilities and to further improve of our end-to-end client engagement model. In particular, the focus will be AI propositions based on traditional and alternative data to produce scores and attributes to boost different Insights. You will manage the go-to-market process from the original idea until the launch or will support the scaling and the evolution of existing AI solutions.

3) Analytics as a service this proposition includes Ascend Sandbox and Convex
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in economics, data science, statistics and similar subjects

4-6 years' experience in product and business management / analytics consultancy in areas such as lending, FinTech, analytics services, credit management in financial institutions

Appreciated also experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, WPS, SAS and with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI

Fluent English and Italian speaking and writing. Knowledge of the French language will be an advantage
