Job Description:

Process modeling (e.g., BPMN) Requirements gathering and functional analysis Basic understanding of agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMP) Basic knowledge of SQL or data handling Participation in software development projects

Experience as a Junior Product Owner or in similar roles within digital product teams Knowledge of UX/UI, Design Thinking, and agile methodologies Exposure to user research, usability testing, and analytics Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) Ability to translate business needs into product requirements and roadmaps Support in building the product lifecycle Basic understanding of product metrics (e.g., churn, NPS, conversion, drop-off) Intermediate English proficiency

• CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) – Scrum Alliance
