The work:
- Lead product delivery: backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, PI objectives.
- Shape roadmap and implementation strategy with the client Product Lead.
- Own integration strategy across FHIR R4, HL7, TEFCA/QHIN, Kno2, iTransplant, TrueNorth APIs.
- Produce integration specifications for engineering from Day 1.
- Collaborate directly with external vendors to align on data exchange and API design.
Here is what you need:
- US Citizenship
- Strong background in health data integration using FHIR, HL7, RESTful APIs, and HIE standards.
- Experience writing technical specs and interface requirements.
- Agile product delivery (backlog management, user stories, sprint execution).
- Integration with platforms like iTransplant, TrueNorth, or Kno2.
- Exposure to TEFCA/QHIN frameworks.
- Health IT architecture or interoperability roadmap work.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
