We are looking for a Product Analytics & Operations Manager to serve as the analytical engine and operational backbone of our product organization. In this role, you won’t just define what “success” looks like, you will build the systems that make achieving it possible.
You will be responsible for setting measurable benchmarks, diagnosing performance gaps, and streamlining the processes that turn data into action. As a founding member of this function, you will build our analytics infrastructure from the ground up while ensuring our product team operates with maximum efficiency and cross-functional alignment.
What you'll be doing:- Define and monitor core product KPIs (Top 4 + product-specific). Build and maintain the dashboards and operational "command centers" that highlight performance and flag gaps.
- Diagnose product issues and operational bottlenecks. Recommend prioritized, data-driven solutions to course-correct both the product and the internal processes supporting it.
- Oversee external performance tracking (e.g., Forter Performance) and compare our operational efficiency against market and industry standards.
- Maintain "one version of the truth" across systems. Enforce metric definitions, approve deviations, and ensure that our data stack (Snowflake, SQL, etc.) aligns with our product roadmap.
- Partner with Product Marketing to shape KPI-focused narratives. Ensure that product launches are backed by measurable operational readiness and success metrics.
- Design new attributes for cross-product analysis. Craft compelling visual and verbal stories that translate raw data into strategic operational plays for executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years in product or fraud analytics, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong background in defining KPIs, benchmarking, and performance measurement.
- Ability to present complex insights clearly, engaging non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical problem-solving ability, with a strong root-cause orientation.
- Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Excel, Python, and data visualization tools such as Kibana.
- Experience with external performance metrics and cross-system KPI alignment.
- Background in product marketing analytics or advanced metric engineering.
- Experience with tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
