Role Overview
The Product Analyst will support the Product Manager in driving product strategy and execution by performing market research, competitive analysis, managing product tools (like Aha!), and creating high-quality presentations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about product development.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Prepare comparison reports of solutions and tools to support decision-making
- Product Management Support:
- Maintain and update product roadmaps and feature details in Aha! or similar tools
- Assist in backlog grooming and documentation of requirements
- Presentation and Communication:
- Create clear, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews, demos, and stakeholder updates
- Summarize complex data into actionable insights for internal teams
- Data and Insights:
- Gather and analyze user feedback and product performance metrics
- Support preparation of dashboards and reports for product KPIs
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or similar roles
- Proficiency in tools like Aha!, MS PowerPoint, Excel; familiarity with JIRA or Rally
- Proven solid analytical and research skills with attention to detail
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven interest in healthcare technology and innovation
- Proven collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize large amounts of information into concise insights
