This opportunity is for a Product Analyst to be part of the team that creates best-in-class digital solutions for our customers and supports products that are integral to the care and wellbeing of travelers.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically-minded professional with 3–5 years of experience in a product or data analyst role who is passionate about data, technology and the travel industry. In this role, you will be the trusted subject matter expert and operational backbone supporting multiple Product Managers across our travel manager product portfolio. You will work across select product initiatives, translating customer needs and business requirements into actionable insights that drive product improvements and enhance user experiences. Your expertise in business intelligence and data analytics will help bridge the gap between our product managers, data engineering teams and customers ensuring that solutions are delivered effectively and that customers receive the support they need to maximize product value.

The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will forge productive relationships with product and technology counterparts while liaising with commercial teams and support teams to address customer pain points and inquiries. You will be instrumental in gathering customer feedback, identifying trends, and recommending solutions that improve both product functionality and customer satisfaction. This role plays a critical part in GBT's future growth, and we're looking for outstanding candidates who are ready to make a direct impact on how we service our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the execution of product strategy and roadmap initiatives across BI and other products as needed
  • Act as an analytic product analyst, providing flexible support across multiple product initiatives based on business and project priorities
  • Partner with technology, data and other partners to ensure product requirements are clearly defined, implemented correctly, and aligned with business needs
  • Provide product and data support, including troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring timely resolution
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and data quality validation for new features, enhancements and product initiatives
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including KPIs, data definitions and user guides
  • Deliver product training and consultative guidance to internal teams and external users on product usage and best practices
  • Recommend appropriate reports, dashboards, analytics, and KPIs based on customer requirements
  • Ensure product consistency, standardization, and quality across supported products
  • Own and deliver project-based assignments, including requirements gathering, stakeholder meetings and execution

*If you are located in Illinois this will be a hybrid role*

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in product or data analyst related role with strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
  • Passionate about data analytics, technology and/or travel
  • Self-motivated and results oriented, driven by key successes
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on project management and problem-solving skills
  • Effective at managing multiple and competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent cross organizational skills with a focus on ability to communicate effectively and comfortably within all levels of the company
  • Excellent understanding of customer requirements and expectations
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated and ability to grasp business needs, mitigate risk and execute against goals
  • Experience with Jira (including writing user stories) and Confluence for product documentation
