The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a key member of the Consulting, Outsourcing, and Analytics team, you will be responsible for leading the product requirements for our Analytic portfolio. Acting as the analytics product subject matter expert, you will be a primary point of contact for product knowledge across internal teams and customers.
The Product Analyst role provides a strategic bridge between the business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the requirements are understood, documented and translated to then be delivered to a development team. You will partner closely with Product Owners, Content Owners, Business Owners, Clients, and Development teams. You will work with both internal stakeholders and business owners, and external clients – both through new product development, training, and issue resolution.

How you will make an impact by
- Being the subject matter expert with data knowledge for internal teams, customers, and prospects.
- Participating in Voice of Customer sessions (both internal and external) to capture and analyze client feedback.
- Partnering with the Content Team to translate the ‘What and Why’ into the ‘How’ for the development team. This includes:
- Documenting client needs and translates them into clear business, functional, and data requirements for development, along with user expectations.
- Converts contents into Business Rules, Formulas, Metrics, and Data Mapping.
- Provide mock-ups and frameworks.
- Builds out test plans based on the requirements.
- Partnering with the Product Owners to help develop the backlog based on the requirements.
- Attending Development Scrum Ceremonies as part of the Agile process.
- Involved in Demo sign off to ensure what was developed aligns to client / user expectations.
- Involved in client escalations and defect resolution.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7+ years of relevant job experience
OR
- High School Diploma/GED AND 11+ years of relevant job experience
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master's degree in health informatics, computer science or healthcare management from an accredited institution
- Experience in a product analyst, product manager, business analyst, or clinical systems specialist role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to translate customer and clinical needs into actionable product requirements.
- Strong affinity with healthcare software and clinical documentation workflows.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, including demonstrations, pre-sales, or solution consulting.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proactive in identifying trends and opportunities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies and market requirements.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Kanban boards, CRM tools, and process mapping tools
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, with consistent follow-through and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Teams.

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
