- Innovating across borders: Working on projects spanning three countries and contributing to Picnic’s in-house innovation, shaping the business model as we grow.

- Owning solutions end-to-end: Taking full ownership of projects, from conceptualization to implementation across different areas of the business
- Leading with ambition: Using your relentless determination and grit to take the driver's seat and redefine the grocery shopping experience.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics or an equivalent quantitative study
- 1-3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, start-up, scale up or business consulting
- Problem-solving mindset and passion for tackling complex challenges
- Strong communication skills which allow you to explain complex analytical concepts in a simple and effective way
- Proficient with SQL and Python or excited to learn
- EU citizenship or valid visa to work in the EU
