We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Product Analyst with a passion for crafting dashboards that drive clarity, insight, and action. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping the product team and stakeholders understand how users engage with features, identifying areas for growth, and driving feature adoption. Your expertise in building concise, easy-to-understand dashboards will directly influence product strategy.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics
- High proficiency in SQL and/or other data manipulation languages
- Proven experience building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, with a focus on simplicity and clarity
- Deep understanding of user behavior analytics and feature adoption metrics
- Strong data storytelling skills, capable of turning complex datasets into easy-to-understand visuals and narratives
- Understand how to deliver data-driven conclusions that translate into actionable steps for Product Managers and Product Designers to improve product usability and experience
- Excellent communication skills to convey insights to technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Experience in both SaaS and on-premise software infrastructure - an advantage
