Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a Product Analyst to join our team. This individual provides analysis and assists with the design and delivery of CoreSource products and features. They develop design and functional specifications, produce deliverables related to the project(s) assigned and assist in post implementation support and system enhancements. They also support other Ingram Publisher Services (IPS) systems with a focus on their interaction with Coresource. In addition, they serve as the Walkme subject matter expert for the IPS Business Operations group.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 year of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Qlik, Tableau, Power BI or similar tool
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists Product Mangers with assigned duties including but not limited to, QA/UAT, requirements gathering, customer training, focus groups, and project planning
- Lead the discovery, planning and implementation of process improvements and individual project tasks
- Works with the Development team to implement, evaluate, and/or support product solutions that meet the needs of the customer and add the most value to the company.
- Identifies, establishes and supports value- added cross-functional data and system linkages.
- Develops a thorough understanding of the business processes and products in assigned area
- Provide advice and support to the users of the products/systems in assigned area of responsibility, and to other personnel.
- Establishes and maintains a high level of customer interaction in order to identify and recommend computer and business solutions to effectively and efficiently satisfy the data processing and information requirements of the business.
Hiring Salary Range: $57,155k - $71,232k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
