We are looking for an impactful Product Analyst to join our team to manage and support cross team project in the traveler experience crew . You will be joining a small team under the larger Amex GBT Neo Select group.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day : 

• Act as coordinator within theTraveler Experience team, tracking progress and supporting Product Manager from both HRG and Neo, including Readiness. This includes data tracking, score card, 180 follow up.
• Support and maintain relationships with external provider, such as Routehappy/ATPCO or translation service providers.
• Contribute to process improvement and organizational initiative, including participation in global projects related to Neo’s Voice of customer or Analytics. This involves analyzing feedbacl and data while collaborating with stakeholders to optimize processes.
• Manage occasional projects
   

What We’re Looking For : 

• A proven experience, with the ability to deliver analysis that customers value and love.

• GDS knowledge for analysis would be greatly appreciated.
• Familiar with Platform eco-systems online and offline.
• Familiar with the B2B Travel world with some GDS experience
• An excellent communicator who can simplify, explain and present complex topics in a compelling and understandable way
• Technical, analytical, relationship-oriented, and a problem solver, inspired by the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams
• Strong strategic perspective and ability to think through big-picture issues coupled with excellent execution to get things done in a fast-paced, environment
• Influencing skills, including experience working within a large organization
