Product Analyst

We are hiring a Product Analyst to support customers of our Discovery Data products. Discovery Data is the leading provider of data, insights, and analytics on the firms and people driving the financial services and insurance industries across North America. This position supports the product organization in monitoring usage, owning JIRA for the internal team, updating documentation and data guides, and partnering with marketing.

What You'll Do:

• Quickly learn about the data sets and products
• Work with the Product and Development Teams to report any issues or product ideas
• Evangelize the product features and benefits to enable the sales and account management teams to speak to the value creation
• Update documentation and data guides for internal use
• Act as the internal teams point of contact for JIRA
• Analyze and report the user traffic on business unit’s and product web pages.
• Support product managers by supervising the product roadmap execution to deliver scalable and best-in-class capabilities
• Work cross-functionally with other product teams within and across business units, multiple scrum teams, and different development processes
• Support the sales team with the sales process to ensure customer success
• Assist support team with customer product issues

What We Need from You:

• Degree or additional studies in an analytical field of study such as Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Economics, or Finance
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience or in-depth knowledge of Web Applications, CRM or Marketing applications and/or data base structures.
• 1-3 years of experience of utilizing Jira in a professional setting
• Desire to immerse in product culture and software development team experience
• Eagerness to learn about industry operating environment and new data/technology concepts
• Strong desire to demonstrate verbal and written skills
• Aspiration to support customers and ensure success and product renewals
• Passionate about finding analytical solutions to business problems
• Preferred analytical curiosity, meticulous with a strong attention to detail, outstanding interpersonal skills, and ability to read the room
• SaaS application certifications
