Job Description

The product analyst is passionate about documentation, details, and order. You are excited to collect, define, and detail new work for our support and product development teams. You partner with our client facing teams and technical managers to specify and add detail for all product work so that we can prioritize effectively.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the intake and backlog management process for the product team.
• Manage the Pareto Product Backlog.
• Document business use cases and process flows.
• Create user stories, and acceptance criteria for submitted requests.
• Create and edit Jira stories, tasks, and epics with thoughtful and appropriate details.
• Prioritize new requests against Pareto criteria for backlog prioritization discussions.
• Creates and maintains documentation in the Product Management and Delivery Management confluence space.
• Maintain documentation both for software features and business rules for the MA Hub Product.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of defining requirements for software development
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity and experience working in highly regulated industries
• Experience working on Big Data powered products
• Experience working on cross functional software development teams
