MAIN PURPOSE

 

Richemont is seeking a highly motivated and talented Product Analyst to join our dynamic “Client & Market” team. In this role, you will support the development and optimization of digital solutions for Richemont’s luxury Maisons.


As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering business needs, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different countries and time zones, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.


Reporting to the Technical Team Lead, you will also work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Quality Assurance (QA) Engineers and Developers to ensure the success of one or multiple initiatives simultaneously.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


-Gather business requirements and assess them in terms of business value and ROI.

-Conduct impact assessments and identify dependencies.

-Create detailed business analyses, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.

-Write and update functional specifications (FUS), wireframes, business rules, and data migration plans.

-Ensure specifications are clearly communicated and understood by both business and technical teams.

-Support the QA and Test Managers in defining test strategies and verifying business requirements.

-Review functional implications of technical decisions.

-Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts related to requirements and solution design.

-Lead workshops and design sessions to gather input and foster alignment.

-Act as a subject matter expert on the business side of digital solutions.

-Contribute actively to the Business Analyst Community of Practice.

-Participate in Agile ceremonies as applicable (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives).



REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 


Technical Skills 

-4+ years of experience in Business Analysis role.

-Proven experience in writing functional specifications and user stories.

-Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

-Strong stakeholder management skills in matrix or project-based organizations.

-Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr.

-Familiarity with e-Commerce or content platforms is a plus.

-Knowledge of service delivery and IT project management practices.

-Technical aptitude and ease working in technology-driven environments.

-IIBA certification is a plus.

 

Soft Skills 

-Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

-Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.

-Clear and professional communication across multicultural teams.

-Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn.

-Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced Agile environment.

 

Education & Language  

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.

-Fluency in English is required. French or other languages are a plus.
