In this role, you will provide data-driven insights to influence the product strategy,
enhance existing features and elevate end-user experience. You will collaborate with
cross-functional teams to execute on the roadmap and create a merchant Insights driven ecosystem.
1.Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement
and optimization.
2. Support strategic planning and decision-making processes by providing relevant
merchant experience insights
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and
translate them into technical specifications.
4. Assist in the design, implementation, and testing of new features and
enhancements for PayFast's payment processing platform.
5. Support product releases by assisting in deployment activities and troubleshooting
issues as needed.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to online
payments and e-commerce.
Education:
Degree or Relevant experience
Experience and Skills
1. 2+ years in a product analysis, business analysis or a related role.
2. Strong understanding of A/B testing, user segmentation and statistical analysis
3. Passionate about technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends
4. Analytical with the ability to translate insights into Business Strategy
5. Flexible, proactive, and self-motivated
