Product AnalystWhat does a successful Product Analyst do at Fiserv?
As a successful Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in understanding, promoting and enhancing the features and capabilities of our products to both internal teams and external clients.
What you will do:
Collaborate with product development teams to understand the functionality and features of new and existing products
Work closely with clients and internal partners to trouble shoot, research and resolve product inquiries and impacting issues on client’s use of Fiserv products
Take a “Client First” approach by providing consultative servicing to meet client and company objectives. Cultivate positive relationships with clients and internal partners
Act as a subject matter expert on our products during client interactions, demonstrations and training sessions
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation
Develop and deliver product presentations, training materials and documentation for both internal and external teams
What you will need to have:
High school diploma or equivalent required
3 years of account management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills along with coaching skills to do the same.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
What would be great to have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance
Previous experience in the Financial Services Industry
Knowledge of Fiserv systems, (PCF, ACS, Letters, DQ, Rules, 3270.)
Experience and knowledge of technical methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
Proven experience in a product consultant or similar role within the technology or software industry.
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
