Job DescriptionRole Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Product Analyst to partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and business stakeholders to drive product delivery and continuous improvement.
This role is critical in translating complex business needs into actionable product requirements, enabling high-quality delivery across our platform. You will serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring clarity, precision, and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements & Solution Definition
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, structured user stories, workflows, and technical specifications
- Support solution design in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
Product Delivery Support
- Partner with Product Managers to break down features into deliverable work for agile teams
- Participate in backlog refinement, story creation, and sprint planning
- Ensure requirements are testable, complete, and aligned to business objectives
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, and client-facing teams
- Act as a trusted advisor for feature enhancements, process improvements, and issue resolution
Testing & Quality Support
- Support QA efforts by clarifying requirements and validating outcomes
- Assist in defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking
Documentation & Release Support
- Maintain high-quality product documentation, including requirements, process flows, and release notes
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of documentation standards and processes
Domain Expertise Development
- Build deep expertise in pharma/life sciences data, processes, and regulatory requirements
- Apply domain knowledge to improve product quality and usability
Required Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into structured, actionable deliverables
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience working closely with engineering and QA teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel and other business productivity tools
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience applying AI and automation to improve product development or business processes, including:
- Using AI tools (e.g., copilots, prompt-based tools, or data analysis assistants) to accelerate requirements definition, analysis, or documentation
- Identifying opportunities to automate manual workflows (e.g., data validation, testing support, reporting, or operational processes)
- Partnering with engineering to define automation-ready workflows and scalable solutions
- Demonstrated ability to think in terms of efficiency, scalability, and leverage—not just task execution
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare data domains (e.g., pricing, rebates, chargebacks, aggregate spend)
- Familiarity with US healthcare systems and data environments
