Key ResponsibilitiesChampion Amplitude as the go-to analytics tool across the organization, act as the subject-matter expert for product usage data.
Analyze product usage trends to surface actionable insights for GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and Product teams.
Build and maintain dashboards that track adoption, retention, feature engagement, and user journeys.
Partner with Customer Success to create account-level product usage stories that drive adoption and expansion conversations.
Collaborate with Product teams to provide feedback loops on feature usage, customer behavior, and roadmap prioritization.
Design and execute cohort and funnel analyses to uncover product usage patterns and growth opportunities.
Translate data into narratives for internal stakeholders and customer-facing presentations.
Drive data literacy by enabling team members to use Amplitude effectively for self-service analytics.
2 - 3 years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles, ideally in a SaaS environment.
Hands-on experience with Amplitude: workspace setup, dashboard creation, behavioral cohorts, event taxonomy, and advanced analyses.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to turn complex data into simple, actionable insights.
Understanding of GTM motions (customer success, sales, marketing) and product development cycles.
Experience working with event-based analytics and understanding of key SaaS metrics (DAU/WAU/MAU, feature adoption, retention, churn).
Able to do "storytelling with data” for both technical and non-technical audiences is essential.
Self-driven and proactive; comfortable working with minimal oversight.
Bonus: Familiarity with SQL, Looker, Tableau, or other BI tools.
