Responsibilities

- Take the lead in building the team by recruiting, training, and mentoring new members as the department expands.
- Lay the groundwork for delivering actionable insights that will directly shape the product roadmap.
- Analyze data from diverse sources to identify key opportunities and focus on high-impact initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and customer experience departments, establishing standardized metrics and fostering cross-functional alignment to drive success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a product analyst or similar role, with a strong track record of working on product-related initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial and proactive: You take ownership, tackle challenges head-on, and make decisions even without complete consensus.
- Excellent communication: You can explain decisions clearly, motivate your team, and align stakeholders.
- Expertise in A/B testing: You design experiments with clear goals, analyze results, and use data to understand user behavior.
- Adaptability: You thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
- Action-oriented: You break down complex problems into clear steps and prioritize decision-making.
