What you will be doing

As a Product Analyst within the Latam Acquiring team, your role is to be the link between the Business and Development teams, to bring business value to our local acquiring. Our vision is to provide the most relevant, reliable, and straight-forward global payment experience, helping customers access more customers, driving profitable growth.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Working with Product Team and System, Engineering Teams and System Architects to help break down requirements into features and user stories and to remove blockers.

  • Manage and refine backlog; Manage dependencies.

  • Attend Agile ceremonies, support UAT, Demos and Production Proving activities.

  • Interact with internal stakeholders gathering requirements and translate this into detailed functional request.

  • Support decision making and development prioritization via through analysis and recommendations.

  • Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of product information, effectively updating internal channels and creating relevant documentation on delivered features.

What you bring

Advanced/Fluent level of English and Spanish.

3+ years working in the payments industry.

Experience in a Product Analyst position working under Agile process (preferable SAFe but not essential).

An ability to think strategically and creatively.

A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition.

Being able to communicate requirements clearly to Development teams.

Great analytical skills to gather and analyze relevant information from Stakeholders.

Being able to present demos / training material in front of an audience.

Manage to work in multiple projects simultaneously, handling priorities and interacting with different stake holders.
