The Role

Ready to be a Titan?

As a Product Analyst, you’ll be embedded in a Product Development squad to help drive the speed and quality at which we bring ideas to release. You will interface with both customers and customer facing teams, applying deep product knowledge, to refine and prioritize feedback to your squad.

What You’ll do:

  • Effectively gather and assess feedback and escalations from customers and internal stakeholders

  • Define and track the success of the product/feature through defined KPIs and collect data to measure the outcomes

  • Use statistical techniques and data visualization tools (SQL, Tableau) to transform data into actionable insights

  • Contribute to the Product team assuring the data driven decision making

  • Perform user acceptance testing for new and existing features and collaborate with Product teams to make the respective adjustments/changes

  • Engage in bug triage/analysis process and come up with respective recommendations

  • Work closely with Product team during the discovery phase

  • Guide early stage products from Alpha or Beta states to General Availability, providing implementation instructions

  • Concentrate on identifying improvement opportunities and take the initiative to guide the teams towards the smooth resolution

  • Feel ownership of the entire Company to change lives and make our customers successful

  • Work closely with the core Product Analyst team by sharing knowledge and experience to assure the entire team achieves the extraordinary

What you’ll Bring:

  • Masters degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields

  • 2+ years of experience supporting a complex product suite - Saas preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to ingest and communicate highly technical subjects to a wide range of audiences

  • Full written and verbal proficiency in English

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) is a must

  • Proficiency in SQL and Tableau is a must

  • Ability to interact with customers to gather data, use cases and workflows

  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and critically to efficiently solve the identified problem

  • Strong organizational skills and aptitude to learning new processes and tools

  • Exceptional time-management skills
