The goal of this role is to work on supporting tasks that allow the product teams to maximize the generated ROI of particular features and functionality within the product. They support breaking the requirements down into clear user stories for a well-prioritized backlog, as well as determining the right metrics to measure success against. The Product Analyst II works closely with a combination of Associate PO, PO, Sr PO, Scrum Master, Developers, UX designers, Architects, QA, and DevOps team members to design and deliver innovative solutions and Product features.
The right candidate has a growth mindset and curiosity with the ability to respond quickly to changing business needs & priorities, offering a versatile set of skills from requirements, to unit testing, integration testing, data analysis, data validation that support the product team in meeting their delivery and value goals. They must possess the ability to rapidly earn trust with both stakeholders and team members, and can work effectively with cross-functional teams. This role might support one of the following teams: FDA or Inventory.
Flexible Work Policy: The work for the Product Analyst I position is completely 100% remote anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories. This position may have the potential to travel up to 20% dependent on business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders
-
Serve as a liaison between the business and development, acting as the voice of the customer and communicating requirements and needs to the Product team

Deliver on-time, on-budget, on-quality, on-fit service(s) or Product(s)

Maintain, refine, and continuously groom the Team Backlog within sprint timeframe
-
Work within an Agile framework to develop and execute against a Product roadmap
-
Develop user stories with detailed requirements and acceptance criteria that address end-user needs
-
Participate in recurring Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Demos, etc.

Maintain metrics that track value of delivered Features and team output

Understand and communicate the value being delivered by their product teams

Maintain an innovating and future-proofing agenda for given Product(s)

Maintain User and Technical documentation for release management

Anticipate, mitigate and chaperone escalations

Other duties as assigned by manager

Internal: Business Stakeholders and End Users, IT PDL, IT Delivery (Scrum Masters, Developers, Architects, UX Designers, Program Managers, etc.)

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Remote: This role is fully remote, and the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment.

EDUCATION
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
Agile or SAFe certification(s) highly preferred
-
1-2 years of work experience
-
Demonstrated ability to influence change within large, complex organizations
-
Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g. Atlassian) and flowchart tools (e.g. Visio, Lucid Chart) strongly preferred
-
Experience with eCommerce, restaurant, and/or wholesale food distribution industries strongly preferred
Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $55,000 - $90,000.
This role will also receive annual incentive plan bonus.
