Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in data-informed decision-making and help the team grow through insights, experiments, and research
- Design and analyze A/B tests — from defining metrics and calculating sample sizes to interpreting results and tracking long-term impact
- Explore product metrics and user behavior to uncover patterns and turn them into actionable growth opportunities
- Support marketing, content, product and development teams by conducting ad hoc analysis
- Investigate how users interact with the product to identify friction points and suggest improvements in user experience
Requirements
- Knowledge of general-purpose programming language (e.g. Python)
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Academic background in mathematics/ statistics/ computer science
- English Upper -Intermediate or higher
- Solid understanding of product metrics and how they interrelate
- Understanding of A/B testing methodologies
