Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights that inform product enhancements, roadmap decisions, and gap identification
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, DevOps, Implementation, and Operations teams to support release planning and execution
  • Coordinate and drive end to end internal testing for product and platform enhancements, ensuring readiness prior to client user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Serve as the primary product testing and readiness liaison for implementations, supporting smooth transitions from development to production
  • Develop and distribute technical and product communications, including release notes, testing summaries, and product updates for internal teams and external partners
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with varying scope and complexity, applying solid prioritization, organization, and execution discipline
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities, escalating as needed and contributing to continuous product improvement

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in product analysis, product development, or product management within technology enabled environments
  • 3+ years of experience working as a product owner or analyst on Agile scrum teams
  • 2+ years of experience supporting healthcare IT systems, payer platforms, or hospital revenue cycle operations
