We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Senior Product Analyst to work closely with the Director of Product Management in driving product decisions through data. This role requires someone who can independently handle complex datasets, uncover actionable insights, and influence product strategy through strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in SQL, strong product sense, and the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into measurable analytical outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics roles.
Experience working in product-based or high-growth technology companies.
Exposure to tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar BI/analytics platforms.
Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and funnel analysis is a plus.
Experience in fintech/product-led organizations is preferred.
What you will do:
Partner closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to define product metrics, success frameworks, and analytical approaches.
Perform deep-dive analysis on user behavior, funnels, retention, engagement, and product performance.
Write complex and optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets efficiently.
Build structured analytical models to identify trends, anomalies, growth opportunities, and business risks.
Design and track product KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
Translate data into actionable recommendations for product improvements and business impact.
Work with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Engineering, Business, and Leadership teams.
Handle ambiguous problem statements with a hypothesis-driven and structured approach.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across analytical outputs.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and leadership.
Skills Required
- 3+ years of work experience as a Data Analyst/Product Analyst
- Hands-on experience with SQL
- Hands-on experience with any data visualization tool (Tableau, Looker, Quicksight, etc)
- Ability to drive funnel analytics on B2B and B2C products
- Ability to own a business problem and provide an exhaustive solution using data
- Hands-on experience in Python data crunching
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS/Fintech industry
