Job Description
As a Product Agility Lead, you will act as a leader and Agile transformational leader for the Collections Product. Our Product Agility Leads are open, approachable, collaborative, enjoy working with passionate people and drive agility. You embrace agility as a practice and are responsible for removing impediments that hinder the team from reaching their goals. You have a flexible approach that enables the team to rapidly respond to changes while driving Agile frameworks that result in quality product delivery and continuous improvement.
The Product Agility Lead will evaluate the health of the product in order to identify opportunity for improvements around scaling Agile and product management, as well as assisting leaders and teams in maturing their product vision, planning, and delivery. This role will be accountable for partnering with leaders to develop a strategy to set and achieve the objectives and key results for the product.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the product organization to ensure successful implementation of agility ways of working. Including but not limited to: Backlog Management, Ideation Process, Product inner workings.
  • Facilitate groups of 50 or more, coaching multiple teams & individuals across the Product
  • Create an environment of collaboration that allows for open dialogue, productive solutions for resolving conflicts and experiments to continuously improve.
  • Champion continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coach organization to conduct continuous improvements events
  • Communicate organizational impediments to leadership; teach team to remove impediments
  • Embrace the concept of continuous learning in your own journey, and instill the same in the team(s) you coach
  • Teach systems thinking and servant leadership
  • Elevate team performance by utilizing techniques such as: professional facilitation, coaching, conflict management, mediation
  • Participate in Scrum Team Level events to provide coaching and support the career growth of Agility Leads
  • Mentor others in Agility and Leadership within your product and to the broader organization
  • Coach product owners in creation and maintenance of the product backlog including empirical planning


Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in leading Agile Transformation; Agility Lead with demonstrated understanding of scaling framework; influence for up to 25 teams and facilitating appropriate scrum events; experience using various Agile frameworks such as Kanban & XP
  • Expertise with Agile and Scrum Framework and its application in Product Development and delivery organization
  • Ability to collaborate and influence with people at various levels; ability to leverage capabilities across the firm to solve local problems
  • Sound understanding of Scaling framework such as LeSS and various other Agile frameworks such as Kanban, XP
  • Ability to coach and mentor; ability to leverage skills from coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution, and more to serve the team(s); executive coaching experience, and ability to coach multiple teams across the product
  • Experience developing shared internal training and learning materials that apply the principles of Lean, Agile, and product transformation


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Ability to evaluate organizational maturity and create a plan to improve it
  • Experience in software development and engineering within legal and regulatory control applications
  • Agile Certifications preferred
