WHAT’S THE ROLE?

We are looking for a Producer to join our talented team and help shape a brand new, unannounced title. This is an exciting opportunity to work with world-class developers across multiple disciplines to reach the highest standards of quality from pre-production through to launch.

As a Producer at Frontier, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality game features and creating experiences that push creative boundaries. If you’re passionate about building exceptional games and thrive on collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Taking ownership of key project areas and driving them independently
Utilising JIRA and other planning tools to organise, schedule, and monitor progress
Ensuring best practice procedures and pipelines are followed to maintain efficient development
Communicating clearly and effectively with developers, stakeholders, and external partners
Managing and prioritising the bug database to focus effort accordingly
Working closely with Senior Producers, learning from their experience and guidance

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Ability to communicate confidently across all organisational levels
Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
Ability to motivate and support developers to consistently deliver their best work
Proven experience as a Game Producer, with at least one shipped PC or console title
Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies
