We are looking for an experienced Producer to support us in developing world-class features for Merge Mansion. You will join a new feature team based in Berlin, taking responsibility for the feature team's leadership, supervision, planning, and output. You’ll ensure that team members and stakeholders stay aligned on objectives, timelines, and expectations as you shape the roadmap together.

Responsibilities
- Establishing and maintaining a prioritized roadmap for the teams, aligned with agreed-upon product-level focus areas and business objectives
- Planning and reviewing the team’s workload against product targets and impact, in collaboration with the Product Manager
- Helping the team to plan, outline scope, schedule, and monitor work progress to ensure the quality and impact of the outcomes, while mitigating risks and removing blockers
- Participating in and providing feedback to unify and improve working methods and processes across the entire game team
- Communicating effectively and facilitating information flow to and from the team
- At Metacore, Producers also have managerial responsibilities for their team
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a similar Producer role, a background in the mobile game industry – including working with multidisciplinary feature teams
- Experience working with a live game, so you’re familiar with the demands of a live environment and releasing pipeline
- Strong understanding and experience in roadmapping and planning, agile methodologies, and iterative development
- Ability to effectively prioritize work for the best impact and help teams to remove blockers and hindrances
- Excellent project management skills and experience with different project planning and management tools
- Ability to see the big picture and how the teams’ work impacts and is impacted by others
- Organized and proactive way of working, bringing clarity to areas that are lacking it
- Strong leadership and people management skills, backed by a positive attitude and a team-focused mindset
- Strong communication skills to help you collaborate smoothly with different teams and stakeholders
