Requisition ID:R028020

Job Description:

Elsewhere Entertainment is looking for a Producer to support our UX / UI and Localization teams in the development of a new IP.

Feed your creativity while collaborating with our team of highly-skilled developers to build something innovative, exhilarating, and expansively entertaining!

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Producer to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of player-facing interfaces, navigation systems, and visual communication tools.

This role requires exceptional cross-disciplinary communication skills, deep familiarity with UX/UI and Localization production pipelines, and the ability to align aesthetic goals with technical implementation and project milestones.

As a member of the production department, you’ll focus on enabling our UX and UI teams to do their best work; building clear schedules, tracking asset iteration from wireframes to final visual polish, and ensuring interfaces meet high-quality standards for usability and accessibility.

You will work closely with the UX Director, UI Leads, Technical Art, and Production leadership to maintain clarity and forward momentum throughout development.

As a member of the project, you’ll help take the studio and our game from great to even better; with a focus on inclusivity, mutual respect (for ourselves and our players), thoughtfulness, empathy, professionalism, and collaboration.

You’ll help us by...
  • Partnering with the UX Director, UI Leads, and Production leadership to define, plan, and manage the UX/UI roadmap.
  • Translating the game’s visual identity and user experience vision into structured deliverables and milestones for designers and artists.
  • Coordinating with cross-disciplinary leads (Engineering, Game Design, Localization, and QA) to ensure technical and visual alignment across all menus and HUD elements.
  • Overseeing daily and long-term scheduling, tracking UI iteration from initial wireframes and prototypes to final art implementation and bug-fixing.
  • Managing workload distribution and resource planning across UX designers, UI artists, and supporting technical UI engineers.
  • Facilitating review cycles and usability feedback loops focused on player flow, visual hierarchy, and interface readability.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks related to UI technical performance, localization dependencies, or cross-platform interface complexity.
  • Managing the bug triage process for UX/UI systems, ensuring usability and critical navigation issues are addressed to maintain player accessibility.
  • Encouraging a positive, collaborative, and inclusive creative culture that values intuitive design, visual excellence, and technical stability.
  • Providing regular updates on UX/UI progress, feature milestones, and technical or scheduling risks to project leadership.
You’re awesome because you have…
  • Proven experience in production or project management in games, specifically supporting UX, UI, or Graphic Design teams.
  • A strong understanding of UX/UI pipelines, from wireframing and prototyping to final asset integration and technical optimization.
  • Experience supporting creative and engineering teams in an AAA development environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge communication between creative UI artists and technical software/engine engineers.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience creating, tracking, and updating detailed production schedules using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management and bug-tracking tools.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for empowering developers and solving complex usability and workflow challenges.
  • A keen eye for visual hierarchy, typography, and accessible player experiences.
  • The ability to provide production structure while preserving the iterative nature of UX and UI design.
Bonus points for...
  • Familiarity with UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) or engine-specific UI implementation tools (e.g., UMG, Unity UI).
  • Experience supporting early-stage UX prototyping or defining interface pillars for a new AAA franchise.
  • A personal passion for accessibility in gaming and creating inclusive user experiences.
  • Enjoyment of playing a variety of video game genres and titles.
